Why I Created I Want That Nurse!
I’ve wanted to be a nurse since I was nine years old. As a South Florida native, caring for people in the community I call home is meaningful to me. My grandmother dedicated 40 years of her life to nursing, and my mother currently works in home healthcare. For me, nursing has never been just a job. It’s my dream.
My patients feel seen and genuinely cared for. They ask for me to come back. Their families ask for me. I realized they didn’t just want a nurse—they wanted ME. That’s what gave me the idea for I Want That Nurse!
